God Adds His Super to Your Natural to Produce the Supernatural

Ways to Access This Teaching

A MiddleoftheNight Word from God

The Lord doesn’t always speak to me at three-thirty in the morning, but when He does, I’ve learned to listen. This time it was only a few words: “God adds His super to your natural to produce the supernatural.” The longer I lay there thinking about it, the more I realized I needed to write it down.

So I wrote a little booklet about this because too many Christians misunderstand how God works. They believe God moves independently of them, and they sit on the sidelines waiting for a miracle to fall from heaven. But that’s not what the Bible teaches.

The Biggest Lie in the Church Today

I’ve always said this, and I’ll say it again: the worst doctrine in the body of Christ is the sovereignty of God doctrine—at least the way many people define it. The Bible says God is almighty, first in rank and authority. But some have twisted that to mean God works without us and that nothing is required from us. That’s simply not true.

In 2 Peter 3:9, it says, “The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” God wants everyone to be saved—but He won’t force us. He doesn’t force us to walk in joy, peace, or righteousness. That’s our choice. That’s our responsibility.

James 4:1–2 makes this crystal clear: “From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.”

It’s not God who’s letting sickness, poverty, or despair happen—it’s us when we fail to step into the authority He’s given us.

That is huge. But most Christians don’t see it this way, and they just wait for God to act alone. But Jesus already gave us authority. Matthew 10:1 and 8 says: “And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease. . . . Freely ye have received, freely give.”

We have a part to play. If we don’t act, the supernatural power of God cannot flow through us.

The Miracle That Started with a Fishing Trip

There’s a great story that illustrates this in Matthew 17:24–27. It’s about Peter and the coin in the fish’s mouth. Jesus could have provided the money directly, but He didn’t. He told Peter to cast the hook. That was the natural action required. The fish swallowing the coin—that was supernatural. God had already lined everything up, but if Peter hadn’t thrown the hook, nothing would have happened. God’s provision was waiting, but Peter had to act.

This principle is everywhere in Scripture. God doesn’t just hand us money or blessings out of thin air. Deuteronomy 8:18 says: “But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant.” God gives us the power, the ability, and the anointing to act. He doesn’t create money. He doesn’t fix the lottery. He equips us to step into what He’s already made available.

A Million-Dollar Idea Stirring in a Pot

Let me share a real-life example. Decades ago, a woman in one of the Bible study groups I held was struggling financially. She had a family, children to feed, and bills piling up. She was cooking clay in her kitchen for her kids to play with because she wanted a safe, non-toxic alternative to the store-bought stuff. And while she stirred that clay, she prayed, “God, what can I do in the natural for You to put Your super on it so I could see Your supernatural provision?”

And right there, God answered her and gave her an idea: make the clay in different colors, shape it into small cylinders, put six cylinders in a bag, and sell them at fairs. She obeyed. She acted in the natural. And within a year or two, her small operation grew into a thriving business with over eighty employees. Millions of dollars came in—not because God miraculously created money, but because He put His super on the natural actions she took.

Even in finances, it’s the same. Luke 6:38 says, “Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom.” God doesn’t rain money from heaven. He doesn’t just place it in your bank account. He sets in motion opportunities and people to bless you, but you must act. Apply for that job, meet that person, start that business, send that message, or offer that help. That’s the natural action God wants to multiply with His supernatural power.

Miracles Don’t Fall—They Flow

And let’s not forget healing, relationships, or any area of life where you are waiting on God. First Peter 2:24 says, “By whose stripes ye were healed.” God has already made provision. Matthew 10:8 says the same: “Heal the sick . . . : freely ye have received, freely give.” But if you don’t step out in faith, nothing flows.

It’s a partnership. God sets up the supernatural, but He flows through our obedience. He blesses what we put our hands to. Psalm 138:2 says that He has magnified His Word above all His name. God’s Word is the promise. It’s the foundation and the guarantee. But we have to act to see it fulfilled.

I encourage you to get the materials for God Adds His Super to Your Natural to Produce the Supernatural, available in several formats. They explore this principle through Scripture and real-life examples more thoroughly, helping you understand it on a deeper level and begin walking in it. I believe these resources will be a real blessing to you.
